Our Return Promise
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in their original condition (unworn, with tags attached, and in original packaging). Your happiness with our performance footwear is our top priority.

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

- Product details (name, size, color)
- Reason for return
- Whether you prefer an exchange or refund

Step 2: Package & Ship
Once approved, you’ll receive a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions. Please:
- Repackage items securely in original packaging
- Include all original tags and accessories
- Clearly mark your RA# on the outside of the package

Step 3: Completion
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5 business days):
- Refunds: Processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method
- Exchanges: Shipped within 1-2 business days after approval (standard shipping times apply)
Important Details
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Refund Timeline
Refunds typically appear in your account within:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 3-10 business days after processing
- PayPal: 1-3 business days after processing
Non-Returnable Items
For performance and hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned:
- Worn footwear (showing signs of use on soles or uppers)
- Products without original packaging
- Personalized/customized items
- Clearance items marked “Final Sale”
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a prepaid return label and expedited replacement at no cost to you.
Exchange Policy
